KICKER will provide an additional one-year extended warranty when you purchase any qualifying KICKER installation kit at the time of your KICKER amplifier purchase.
Why?
KICKER wants you to get all of the performance and reliability that you’ve come to expect from our best-in-class amplifiers. Using poor-quality or under-spec wiring kits is a guarantee to get less-than-you-paid-for performance from your car audio system. We are so certain that wiring your system with the right wire and cables will make such a significant difference that we will give you an additional one (1) year warranty on your KICKER amplifier when you use one of our qualifying amplifier installation kits purchased at the same time as your amplifier. One (1) warranty extension per amplifier is allowed regardless of the number of amplifier installation kits purchased.
KICKER Amplifier Warranty
KICKER warrants products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of TWO (2) years from the date of original purchase when purchased from an Authorized KICKER Dealer. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, KICKER will replace or repair (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge.
Under the NEW EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM, when the amplifier is purchased and installed with a qualifying KICKER amplifier installation kit, the warranty will be extended to THREE (3) years. This program does not apply to IQ-Series Amplifiers, ZXM-Series Marine Amplifiers, "B" stock product, or factory-refurbished product.
Who is Covered
The NEW EXTENDED WARRANTY applies only to KICKER products sold to consumers by Authorized KICKER Dealers in the United States of America or its possessions. This NEW EXTENDED WARRANTY only applies to the original purchaser of KICKER product when purchased by consumers from an Authorized KICKER Dealer in the United States of America or one of its possessions. Product purchased in another country is covered only by that country's Distributor and not by Stillwater Designs and Audio Inc.
In order to receive warranty service, the purchaser must provide KICKER with a copy of the receipt stating the customer name, dealer name, product purchased and date of purchase. Products found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with a product deemed to be equivalent) at KICKER's discretion.
What is Not Covered
Any implied warranties including warranties of fitness for use and merchantability are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty set forth above. Some states do not allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply. No person is authorized to assume for KICKER any other liability in connection with the sale of the product.
How to Obtain Service Under the Extended Warranty Program
The amplifier must be returned by the customer or an authorized KICKER Dealer along with a copy of the original sales receipt for the amplifier and installation kit. Either contact an Authorized KICKER Dealer for assistance or call 1-800-256-0808 for KICKER Customer Service. You must obtain an RA Number (Return Authorization Number) to return any product to KICKER. You are responsible for the cost associated with shipping the product to KICKER.
