KICKER Unsolicited Ideas Policy

At KICKER, we enjoy hearing from our dealers and users. We welcome comments on our products and services. However, company policy does not permit acceptance or consideration any product, feature, or service ideas, proposals, suggestions, or other materials unless we have specifically requested them. This policy is intended to minimize the possibility of misunderstandings in the event a KICKER-developed product, product feature, or other material might show a similarity, slight or strong, to an idea not developed or solicited by KICKER.

Please note: Submissions will be considered unsolicited unless a properly executed non-disclosure agreement exists between Stillwater Designs and Audio, Inc., and the submitting party. We will consider any unsolicited suggestion, product/feature idea, proposal or other material to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will have no obligation to keep the submission confidential and will not be liable for any use or disclosure of the submission. We also retain the right to use any solicited submissions for any purpose with no restrictions and with no compensation to the submitting party.

Please do not send your unsolicited ideas to KICKER or anyone at KICKER. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still send them, then regardless of what your letter says, the above terms shall apply to your submission.
